Lab Puppies!!!
The Labrador Retriever is gentle, very intelligent and also a very popular breed in the United States. The Labrador is a family dog and a versatile hunting dog. They also excel as a guide dog for the blind, drug detection for law enforcement, and a valuable member of search and rescue teams. They have a short, dense coat that requires minimal grooming. This breed is very trainable and loves people. They are loyal and loving companions and make great family pets.
The Labrador Retriever will come in three AKC recognized colors – black, yellow, and chocolate plus colors not recognized by AKC such as silver, white, champagne, and charcoal. Some breeders may also produce dilutes such as blue or lilac. All of these colors are accepted by the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Labrador Retriever Club (LRC) but are registered as their basic color. Red and Polar (near white) are registered as yellow, silver as chocolate, etc. Every lab is Black genetically with other colors being variations of recessive genes for color.
At this time, we have a black stud that carries the silver and chocolate genetics named “Eclipse“ He came from a breeder in northern Minnesota, and we picked him up on the day of the 2017 total solar eclipse. We also have a black female named “Natasha” who is our most recent addition and carries yellow and chocolate. We are currently in the process of adding another stud to our program. This stud will probably be yellow split carrier of the silver and chocolate genetics. We hope to have him in the program by the end of the year. We also plan on adding more females to the program in the near future. We are currently researching different bloodlines and looking for females with good temperaments and conformation.
All of our puppies come with a health guarantee and are up to date on all vaccinations. We strive to produce healthy, happy puppies that will make loving family pets.
